Part 1
Set it up
John does the building, so you don't have to. It happens in three moves.
Set the goal
First we get clear on what AI should actually do for your company. Usually that's four things:
- Cut the repetitive, time-consuming tasks so you can focus on the work that matters (and maybe leave on time).
- Automate data collection and management. We find your sources of truth (the spreadsheet, CRM or inbox where the real answer lives), how data flows between them, and what each person needs at every stage of a deal.
- Streamline and update your tech. Fewer logins, fewer copy-paste jobs, tools that actually talk to each other.
- Fix your specific pain points, whether that's accounting, marketing, or the thing you groan about every Monday.
Map the business
John sits down with you (and your team, if you have one) and interviews you about everything it takes to onboard, work and close a deal:
- Where your info lives, who owns what data, and who does which job.
- Every step of the process, from the first call to the closed deal.
- What triggers an update. What an internal update looks like (your team moves something along) versus an external one (an email, a signed form or a lender's update shows up), and where that data comes from.
By the end, John knows your process well enough to draw it on a napkin. That's the point.
Automate, with checks
Then John builds automations that take human effort out of as much of that map as possible.
- Less clicking. Data moves itself from where it shows up to where it's needed.
- Built-in double-checks that catch human errors (wrong date, missing doc, typo'd email) before they become problems.
- Custom bots, built and trained for your business when an off-the-shelf tool won't cut it.
Robots do the chores. Humans make the calls.
