Prices

Each price comes from the vendor's own pricing page and shows the date we checked it. Where a page blocks automated reading, we use a summary of that page and mark the tool "needs re-check". Promo prices are labeled. If there's no public price, we say "not listed". We never guess.

Time saved

Time-saved figures are estimates for a typical small business. They're clearly labeled, and we replace them with measured client numbers when we have them.

Affiliate links

Some tool links may be affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They're always labeled "affiliate link". Tools without an affiliate program still get listed, and still get recommended when they're the best fit.

Featured listings

Vendors can pay for a Featured label and a spot at the top of their category in the tools directory. That's all it buys. Paid status never affects which tools appear in a setup or in what order.

Setup service

John's business is the done-for-you service: setup, training and ongoing support. The free setup guides recommend the same tools whether or not you hire him.
